At be-en, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your exchange or refund is processed as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be issued once our warehouse confirms the inspection.
